Our journey began in 1997 when we established Pioneer Automobiles as an Authorized Service Centre (ASC) for Bajaj Auto Ltd. The partnership was formed by Mr. Partha Chakraborty, Mr. Debasish Chakraborty, and Mr. Suvro Chakraborty. At that time, Bajaj Auto did not supply spare parts directly to any ASC.
In 2004, due to our exceptional performance in the spares business, Bajaj Auto commenced direct supplies of spare parts to Pioneer Automobiles. Within three years, we were offered the opportunity to become a Spare Parts Distributor for Bajaj Auto, and in 2006, we officially began our distributorship.
In 2011, Pioneer Automobiles transitioned into Pioneer Sales Services and Spares Pvt. Ltd. Over the past six years, we have consistently ranked as the number one distributor across India, according to Bajaj Auto Ltd’s ranking system
